Dr. Derek Black is the president of Advanced Medical & Wellness Center, Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in practice. He began his education at Wright State University and continued his undergraduate degree while enlisted in the United States Air Force. He completed his Chiropractic Education in 1994 and immediately went into practice. Dr. Black has been certified in Guides and Evaluation of Permanent Impairment ratings. He also has completed 2 years in his Diplomate in orthopedics. Dr. Black is board eligible to take the Chiropractic sports physician exam. He also has completed 105 hours in spinal rehabilitation. Dr. Black is certified in aquatic therapy and in Electromyography and Nerve condition testing. He was the team chiropractor for Kenworthy Motocross, Wright State Athletics, and the LPGA at the Country Club of the North.
Dr. Black is Board certified in Chinese acupuncture, with over 300 hours of training, along with certifications in Battlefield Acupuncture & weight loss acupuncture. Dr. Black also has trained in Facelift Acupuncture.
Dr. Tim Dooley began his education at Ohio State University and completed his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in 2005. He enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2006 and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2009. Dr. Dooley has practiced for 1 full year and is educated in all the latest up to date benefits Chiropractic has to offer.
